New CD “Every Part Of The Buffalo” is finally done! For sale, just hit the “Okemah Prophets” button and then the “store” button.
The only way to get it for now is on CD thru this site, I’ll put it on the webs later tho. 10 original songs
and one blistering old Yardbirds cover. This is just me, Peter and Steve, no guest stars, just a 3 piece
band. We have no gigs planned for this, we’re all busy with other things, me in the studio, Peter with
a VERY cute new baby and Steve with the Suburbs. But we’re very happy with the way this turned out
so if you’re into it then pick one up. Make sure you email me if you need it shipped outside the US so
I can work out the best method, also hit me up if you’re ordering more than a couple. Thanks!

Jessie Key sings like crazy. And when she likes your idea she does this…
writing in Nashville
Really excited to be writing in Nashville with people like Jessie Key, Lincoln Parish, Stephony Smith, Leland Grant, Will Robinson and a bunch of others. It’s so great to be down there more often lately, where the song is king and everything else is just…. not king.

NEW PUBLISHING DEAL SIGNED!!!!
I could NOT be happier to announce that I’ve signed a new publishing contract with Whitney Daane/Daangerous Music/Kobalt out of Nashville. It’s been a long time since I had anything but an admin deal so I’m pretty excited. Whitney has been a good friend for a very long time and if you know her you already love her like I do. The future’s so bright I gotta wear shades.
recording with Porcupine…

Just mixed new EP from Chaunte Shayne
You’ll be hearing more from this badass young singer in the near future. And her dad is backing her up on guitar and vocals. It’s like The Partridge Family but…. not.

NASHVILLE!
Just got back from Nashville, 4 days of writing with Leland Grant, Will Robinson and Kimberly Kelly plus a fantastic dinner with the legendary Sharon Vaughn. More to come on this stuff, something is happening I’ll be able to talk about soon.
